How do I reserve a jumper for my event?
You can reserve a jumper, and any other items by adding them to your cart, and proceeding to check out. Or you can call 702-218-2446 to book a reservation by phone. Please see our Park Rentals for assistance with park reservations.
Does Party Pros rent to my area?
Party Pros services Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City. In cases of greater than a 30 minute drive time one way, there will be a delivery fee. All rentals outside of our service area will be quoted on a case by case basis.
How long is the rental period?
The typical rental period is 6-10 hours at a private residence or 4-6 hours at a public park- considerably longer than you’ll find elsewhere. And remember, we set it up for you!
How much room do I need to rent an inflatable?
Party Pros has a wide variety of inflatables to choose from. We require 2-3 feet of clearance on all sides of the inflatables. Actual measurements will depend on the inflatable being rented. Please contact us if you need assistance determining if there is adequate space.
Do I have to set up the inflatable myself?
No, we will set it up for you, secure it properly using sand bags, stakes, or both, start the blower, and inflate it. We’ll also take down the jumper at time of pick up, and clean it right then when possible.
Can bounce houses and slides get wet?
No. Only bounce houses and slides indicated as wet combos or water slides can get wet. Inflatables that are dry rentals that are found to be wet will incur an additional fee.
Do I have to clean the jumper when I’m done?
No, although jumpers that require excessive cleaning will incur an additional cleaning charge. Please avoid gum, food, candy, muddy feet, silly string, glitter, and drinks to avoid cleaning charges. Thanks!
What happens if winds begin to exceed 15 miles per hour, or weather conditions begin to get poor?
Safety is our number one concern. We ask you have all occupants calmly exit the inflatable. Once the inflatable is empty we ask you unplug the blower or concession machine, and move it to a safe dry place. Once the poor conditions subside, you may resume use. In severe cases for the safety of all renters Party Pros reserves the right to cancel or pick up all rented items.
What happens if the inflatable starts to deflate?
Safety is our number one concern. We ask you have all occupants calmly exit the inflatable. Once the inflatable is empty please check to see if the blower is still running. Make sure the blower power button is in the on position, that the air intake is unobstructed, and all air intakes to the inflatable are unobstructed. Make sure the blower, and any extension cords are plugged into a source of power. Then check all G.F.C.I. outlets, and breakers in your electrical panel to verify none have tripped. Try an alternate source of power. If all else fails contact us immediately so we can help resolve the problem, and let the fun resume. 702-218-2446
Does there need to be adult supervision?
Yes. Party Pros requires a responsible adult be present at all times to ensure the safety of all party attendants, and to protect our equipment. An adult familiar with our rental agreement, rules of use of our equipment, and knowledgeable of safe practices be present at all times.
Does Party Pros rent to minors?
No. There needs to be a responsible adult present at all times, to sign the rental agreement, accept delivery and set up, verify all equipment meets their satisfaction, ensure safe operation of all equipment, and allow for pick up of all rented items.
